Dr. Ganesh Vijay Kumar
Engineering & Projects
Dr. Ganesh brings over 30 years of expertise in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, infrastructure, and advanced technology projects. A Ph.D. graduate from IIT Bombay, he has successfully led ACMV installations, electrical secondary wirings, and piping works for healthcare, defence, and industrial facilities. His portfolio also spans desalination, water treatment, and waste recovery projects across Asia.
Recognized for his academic excellence, patents, and more than 50 peerreviewed publications, Dr. Ganesh combines technical depth with proven project leadership—ensuring ChemTech delivers engineering solutions that are both innovative and operationally robust.
Mr. Constantine Chin
CFO and Contracts Officer
Constantine oversees ChemTech’s financial strategy and contract management, ensuring compliance, transparency, and efficiency in all commercial dealings. With strong expertise in structuring labour supply agreements, tender preparation, and regulatory compliance, he safeguards ChemTech’s financial health while enabling sustainable growth. His meticulous approach ensures every project is backed by sound financial and contractual foundations, supporting ChemTech’s longterm stability and client confidence.
