Dr. Ganesh Vijay Kumar is a seasoned consulting engineer with over 30 years of experience in water treatment, waste recovery, and advanced composite materials. A graduate of IIT Bombay with a Ph.D. in Aeronautical Engineering, he has led pioneering work in desalination, membrane systems, and biomedical composites, earning patents in both Singapore and the United States.
He has designed and commissioned over 30 major water and wastewater treatment plants across Southeast Asia, India, and the Middle East, including systems for textile effluent reuse, bottled oxygenated water, and zero-liquid discharge. His innovations include the ROOTS membrane system, nano-bubble flotation, and sludge-less decolouration technologies.
Dr. Ganesh has published extensively in international journals, authored books, and received the Outstanding University Researcher Award from the National University of Singapore. She has extensive experience in cross-border talent sourcing, regulatory compliance, and regional workforce planning, supporting large-scale projects and international operations.
As the Founder of Hunan Xunxhen Engineering Trade Development Ltd. and strategic partner of CHEM Technologies Sdn. Bhd., she advises on regional workforce planning, bilateral cooperation, and Southeast Asia market expansion.
